Transfiguration Sunday this year is on February 14th, 2021. It’s a celebration of the story where Jesus and the disciples experience a strange transformation that leads to a deeper understanding of the work and witness of the Christ.
Ask me anything: everything is fair game, but I’ll tell you now: the sooner you ask, especially for the really big, complicated questions, the sooner I can do my research to be ready.
So we ask you: what have you got to celebrate, and why not celebrate it?
Please accept this humble offering as a conversation starter, and see where else you go in your own thoughts on his legacy.
For me, this verse reminds me that not all online services are bad or wrong, but I have to choose to use them in a way that builds others up.
Maybe the temple of our government has become a den of thieves. Maybe the temple within us has become a den of thieves. The truth hurts, but let’s rebuild.
