The Deacons have had a great start to the New Year! We welcomed Katherine Hennessy and Steve Coldwell to our team and voted Sally Watters as Head Deacon. At our first meeting we talked about our hopes and dreams for Pilgrim Church. We discussed our love and faith and how we can spread positivity and light within our community. We also got down to business creating a Deacon of the Day schedule, meeting schedule, reviewing PC ‘s By Laws and the Deacon’s Book of Days. We brainstormed ways to help our global community and plan to partner with other committees to help them have a positive year that focuses on the healthy growth of our church.  We feel ready to have an amazing year of happiness and faith and helping Everyone see us as a place for comfort, faith, love, peace, and safety. I am blessed to be a part of this amazing group of Deacons and look forward to nourishing my faith and love of God and appreciate all he blesses me with.
