Thanks so much to everyone who helped us reach out to folks visiting us in Southborough this weekend. Though the Pumpkin Stroll was a washout, we connected with a lot of folks at Heritage Day. Holy Spuds baked potatoes sold out by 1pm (in spite of lousy weather).
The atmosphere in the tent was sunny!
Powered by smiles and good vibes, Pilgrims served up great food and fellowship. And was the whole church there?
Nope. Nor should they have been! One of the important things about “Finding Your Why” is identifying how and when you like to connect and serve. For some of us, this kind of event is exactly our brand of outreach. But others would prefer to have spiritual conversations on Sunday morning. Still others find their why singing in the choir, and some find it in a combination of all of these.
The only wrong way to find your why at Pilgrim Church is to not even try!
Missions, fellowship, stewardship, Bible and theology; there are many paths to a deeper experience of community at Pilgrim. On October 27, during worship, we’ll be taking the discussion to a whole new level. We hope to see you there as we create room for dialogue and sharing ideas right in the service.
In the meantime, if you missed it all, here’s some of the crew selling spuds!

Loved it . I guess I was one of the lucky ones to get 2 “Holy Spuds” just before they sold out. Nice and warm on a cold day. Everyone looked like they were having fun, lots of smiles. And a great event to promote the Church. Thanks all
