Rev. Charley is a volunteer at the Black Box Theater and does not profit from its success or your attendance. If you’d like to come see Annie, please do so, but if not, that’s fine as well!
You probably know the story already, but you probably haven’t gotten to see your pastor play the part of President Roosevelt! Charley joins a talented cast, including Colette Lelievre as Annie, Nick Paone as Daddy Warbucks, and Maria Norris as Miss Hannigan, among many others.
This is a fun show for all ages with great themes and a sense of hope for the future. You probably know the song “Tomorrow,” but other standouts include “Maybe,” “Easy Street,” and “NYC.” This production features a live orchestra, and the part of Sandy the Dog by live dog actor Bailey is supported by the Parkman Family Foundation.
Annie runs through this weekend with matinees on Saturday and Sunday, and evening shows Friday and Saturday.
