As we enter the season of Lent, the Outreach Committee invites the Pilgrim Church community to support this year’s Easter Bag Program. In 2026, we will be collecting donations for two organizations serving families experiencing homelessness and financial hardship.
1. Sage House (Framingham)
A residential recovery program operated by SMOC, Sage House provides safe housing, counseling, parenting support, and case management for families where a parent is working to overcome substance use.
Donate NEW General Items
Suggested donations include:
- Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, antiperspirant
- Toothbrushes, toothpaste, toothbrush holders
- Razors and shaving gel
- Feminine hygiene products
- Hair brushes, hair ties
- Diapers, wipes, baby toys, baby blankets, sippy cups
- Coloring books, crayons, activity books, stickers
- Small snacks (cookies, crackers, chocolate)
Donation Drop-Off:
Place items in the bin labeled “Outreach Easter Bag Donations” at the side entrance of the church.
Deadline: Sunday, March 29
2. Marlborough Public Schools Wrap Around Program
This program supports students and families experiencing homelessness or extreme financial insecurity, including those temporarily staying with relatives, friends, or outside Marlborough.

Make a Monetary Donation
Funds will be used to purchase Market Basket and Walmart gift cards.
- Deadline: Sunday, March 29
(Donations after this date will support the Pilgrim Church Outreach General Fund.) - By Check: Payable to Pilgrim Congregational Church with “Easter Bag Program” in the memo.
