not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day approaching.
-Hebrews 10:25

Please ensure that you meet within ten days of this annual meeting, so that would be by the 6th of February…
-Debbie Rowe, Minister of Communication
Let’s get it together!
At our annual meeting, Debbie reminded everyone to please meet within ten days of the Annual Meeting. This allows us to identify directions to decide what we’re pulling towards. You can also elect chairs and choose a consistent meeting time and place, (and let Debbie know when and where that will be).
I’d like to make a personal plea for agendas. A good agenda sets out the important work that you’ll do together. It includes items that need to be addressed, and time to review the calendar for upcoming projects. You can include check-in time or other tools to deepen your faith and working relationships.
A great agenda includes all those things, and aligns them to a specific time for each item.
By providing a start time (and an end when possible) for each agenda item, you signal to others that you’re respectful of their time, their talents and their energies.
Thanks to all our new volunteers, and thanks to our stalwart consistent volunteers as well. Let us know if you need any help putting together agendas, setting goals, and doing the work that lets Pilgrim Church get back to our core mission: Growing Faith. Strengthening Families. Loving All.
