This Fall, Healthy Living will meet Mondays at 10 am to discuss the book. We will talk about which strategies and regions are most inspiring. We’ll watch some videos, read the book, and discuss.

Buettner chooses several regions to study where people live longer. These are the Blue Zones, and they occur around the world. Ever been to Sardinia? How about Okinawa? Maybe California? Regardless, you’ll get common sense advice from people living their best lives. Doesn’t that sound like a great idea?
