This year we’re kicking off an ambitious fundraiser with Heifer International, to fill an ark. It takes at least $5000 in donations, and the money will be used to fund feeding efforts around the world.

Every so often we need to step back and take stock!
If we forget to ask that vital question, “should we,” we could be perpetuating mistakes or making things harder for ourselves. Through it all, let’s be guided by the Holy Spirit, by God’s spirit of love and care for one another.
Jesus rested, and so should you, whenever you can. If you find yourself in town (or on line via Facebook) feel free to swing by and see us at 9:30 Sunday mornings. Otherwise, safe travels, and we look forward to seeing you in September!
For all the things we attribute to Jesus, his healing spirit could be one of the single most important things that we feel we can share with people today.
I think it’s important to have a Christian response to major events, and I hope we’ll always speak from the side of love and care for all involved.
I continue to pray for peace in Israel, Palestine, and throughout the Middle East. There is too much at stake to give up on a peaceful solution for all.
