Confirmation Sunday is a big celebration, because we get to see young people making the transition into adult membership in church.

PCYG met early Sunday morning to gather bags and supplies for the trip to Washington, D.C. to help others. They’re working on a place where homeless youth can go to find their footing to make a fresh start.
Sometimes the only way to combat outer stress is with a tree-like inner calm.
Sometimes it’s easy to see how the readings fit together, others…less so. But the process of reading scripture daily, even just a few times a week, can be inspiring and enlightening.
The world has not been acting that way lately, so I’d recommend Psalm 42 to you now more than ever. I hope you’ll review it and let me know if it raises any questions for you.
